Internationally Renowned Speaker To Highlight Cattlemen’s Day UNIVERSITY PARK (Centre Co.) Glenn Klippenstein, Mis souri cattleman and chairman of the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board, will be the featured speaker at the 17th Annu al Cattlemen’s Field Day to be held Saturday, July 28, at Jerald and Janet Ostrander’s Stoney Creek Farm, northeast of Troy, Pennsylvania in Bradford County. ‘The Promotion and Research Board plays a very important and beneficial role in today’s beef industry,” said Dr. Lowell Wilson, Penn State professor of animal science. “We feel that there is no better candidate for discussing the relationship between producer and organization than its chairman.” Klippenstein is a Penn State animal science graduate and co owner of Glenkirk Farms, May sville, Missouri.
