McClure estate SALE A Public Auction of real estate, household antiques and farm equipment was held May 25 and May 26 for the estate of Fred W. McClure, 6 miles north of Troy, Pa. on Rt. 14 north, Bradford County. Buyers attended from Conn., N.Y., Pa., NJ. and Maryland. The 73 acre farm with 50 acres tillable and 23 wooded also has a small stream through the property and a road through the property. This land was sold for $570 per acre.
