Mid East UDIA Launches Dairy Month Campaign COLUMBUS, OH June is National Dairy Month, and the advertising and promotion prog ram of Mid East United Dairy Industry Association (UDIA) will launch an extensive publicity campaign to heighten the aware ness of the dairy industry, specifi cally real dairy products. A diverse, fact-filled press kit will reach more rthan 300 news paper editors, food editors and television -and radio stations throughout Ohio, western Penn sylvania and parts of West Virgi nia and northern Kentucky. In addition, the kits will be sent to home economists, cooperative extension services, dairy proces sors and other industry organiza tions. Mid East UDIA is the dairy farmer-funded and directed adver tising and promotion program serving Ohio, western Pennsylva nia and parts of West Virginia and northern Kentucky.
