tension will host the 1990 Penn
sylvania Capon Conference on
Wednesday, June 27 at the Fayette
County Fairgrounds.
Penn State University’s capon
production program, known na
tionwide for its leadership in the
industry, continues to help pro
ducers improve their manage
ment, processing, and marketing
skills. Capon production is an at
tractive enterprise for the part
time farmer, 4-H and FFA mem
ber, as well as the commercial
poultry producer.
This year’s program will in
clude topics such as “The Preven
tion of Health Disorders in Cock
erels Prior to Caponizing,” “Sue
MILK.
