Penn State University’s capon production program, known na tionwide for its leadership in the industry, continues to help pro ducers improve their manage ment, processing, and marketing skills. Capon production is an at tractive enterprise for the part time farmer, 4-H and FFA mem ber, as well as the commercial poultry producer.
