“With these two experienced
people heading Kubota Tractor
Corporation, we look forward to
an even brighter future for the
company,” said Mino.
Egusa has served as California
based Kubota Tractor Corpor
tion’s president for the past nine
years. He began his career with
Kubota Corporation in 1949, and
was based in Osaka before being
assigned to the Compton,
Calif.-based company.
Egusa pioneered Kubota Cor
poration’s engine and farm
machinery export business and
was instrumental in establishing
many of its overseas companies.
Egusa has led Kubota Tractor
Corporation’s expansion into
diversified product areas.
Soh also has had a long and dis
tinguished career at Kubota Cor
poration, having started in its
Tokyo branch in 1961. He began
in the farm machinery sales
department, and served at Kubota
Tractor Corporation’s Compton
office from 1973 to 1979. Soh was
then transferred to the America
and Europe group’s export depart
ment. For the past five years he
served as the president of Kubota
Europe and chairman of Kubota
