State FFA Advisor, that the Penn sylvania FFA teams won the Sweepstakes trophy for receiving the most points in contests at the Eastern States Regional Contest in Springfield, Mass. Discussion was also held in regards to a joint FFA-Pa. Beef Council project to distribute “points of purchase” packets to retail supermarkets across the state and the possibility of work ing with the Pennsylvania Nurseryman’s Association in con junction with the “Global ReLeaf ’ project being launched on Arbor Day, and the planning of the FFA Foundation booth at Farm Show in January. This year’s theme will salute the dairy industry and the Foundation will sell Hershey’s chocolate “How Now” cows, pre packaged in a special tin bam in order to raise money for the Foundation causes.
