Governor Casey Proclaims Grange Week HARRISBURG Join the thousands of Grangers who will come together across the nation to celebrate Grange Week, April 23-29. In recognition of the 125-year-old oiganization, Gover nor Robert P. Casey has pro claimed the week of April 23-29 Pennsylvania Grange Week. Recently, the Governor signed a proclamation designating this week-long celebration.
