Wagner of Quarryville and Robert E. Gregory of Lititz recently attended “Environmental Educa tion in 1989,” an executive council session of the Pennsylvania Asso ciation of Conservation Districts (PACD) held earlier this month. Approximately 150 conserva tionists from across the state gathered to discuss a variety of environmental topics including Pennsylvania’s environmental education programs, the Rural Abandoned Mine Program (RAMP), wetlands construction for water quality, and resource conservation and development for the 19905. Having served the 63rd legisla tive district for almost 12 years, Wright now holds the position of chairman of the Committee on Consumer Affairs, chairman of the Center for Rural Pennsylvania, and vice chairman of the Board of the Pennsylvania Higher Educa tion Assistance Agency.
