Reelected members of the board were Abner H. Risser, Bainbridge RDI, incumbent vice president; Samuel E. Heisey, Sheridan RDI, and David Neff, Washington Boro RDI. Melvin Stoltzfus, Ronks RDI, was elected to the group’s south eastern district directorship, filling a three-year term, the same as incumbent directors. -For at least one Lancaster County farmer with four years’ experience in a milking parlor loose housing dairy operation, the system of herd management rates 100 per cent and then some, as a method of handling his farm’s major enterprise. Robert G. Hostetler, Elizabeth towns RD3, could be described as a young farmer with dreams of a future model operation, who isn’t letting those dreams prevent him from applying good management wherever possible at present.
