E2O-Lancaster Farming, Saturday, November 19,1988 Maryland Forage Conference Set For December WESTMINSTER, MD. You can’t always determine the quality of hay just by looking at it. Forage testing is the most accurate way to determine forage quality. You can learn all about forage testing at the 1988 Central Maryland Forage Conference. The Forage Confer ence will be held on December 8 at the Urbana Fire Hall from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The program will feature speakers discussing forage quality determination, making the most of your hay and silage, and the latest information for managing and producing high quality forages.
