The Hartzells milk 75 Holstelns with a herd average of more than 19,000 lbs. Centre County Dave J. Brown , Boaisburg Windmill Farm, Boaisburg, Centre County, is operated by brothers Dar ren and Dustin Brown. The farm owned by their father, Dave, has 80 acres, and they rent other ground from neighbors. Their 60 cows produce about 55 pounds of milk per day.
