Those interested in purchasing a bonus book, which contains more than 350 certificates worth $5,000, should purchase one for $25 from a 4-H’er or at the Penn State Cooperative Extension Office in York County. 4-H will receive a $5 profit for each book sold. The proceeds will be shared by (he locals 4-H clubs and the county program for scholarships and 4-H Center improvements. Franklin Co. Winners Seven Franklin County 4-H’ers were named Keystone Winners in the4-H National Awards Program. Winners were Christopher Reich ard for petroleum power, Christia na Keener for bread and sheep, Lee Golden for dairy and wildlife, Ker ry Golden for agriculture, Rhonda darling for dog and horse, Sandee Brechbill for home environment, and Karen Beaver for oustanding 4-H’er. The 4-H’ers were selected on their 4-H record, which was judged at the state level. The top three or four 4-H’cis were picked in each area and named a Keystone Winner.
