CIBA-GEIGY , h ( STATE COLLEGE Chang ing ihc location of the annual Pen nsylvania Holstein Bred Heifer and Calf sales benefilted both buy ers and sellers, according to Ken Raney, Director of Membership for the PA Holstein Association. “This is the first time we’ vc held the sales in State College instead of Harrisburg and I think we drew more buyers because of it. Most people don’t want to have to truck cattle all the way to western Pen nsylvania from Harrisburg. Hav ing it in State College was more centralized,” said Raney.
