The delegates to the convention, Betty Robinson and Loma King, gave a comprehensive report of the event The society listened to a safety program given by Craig Shroll of New Holland. Shroll, owner of Fire Con, a consulting and training firm on fire protection, spoke on home fire protection, escape plan ning, and how to use a fire extinguisher. “The key to protection is indivi dual action,” Shroll told members. Betty Siegrist, special activities chaieman, told the group that there will be a bus tour to Washington, which will include a cruise on the Palomac to Mount Vernon. The tour is scheduled for this fall. Detail to come in March. The Spring Rally will be held in May, with Cambria, Huntingdon, and Greene Counties hosting.
