They visited the gardens of the Steiman Mansion. Later they visited the Lancaster Post Office and the Lancaster His torical Building. The October meeting was held at Miriam Groffs home. Hostesses were Anna Marie Groff, Helen Hershey, Rhoda Landis, and Martha Ranck. Trooper Edwards was the speaker discussing the dangers on the street and in the home. Her presentation, “Lady Beware”, stressed safe living by preventative methods as the best defense. Members will hold their Christ mas celebration on December 8 at Yoder’s Restaurant A short business meeting will be held in the home of Mrs. Paul Youse on December 15 at 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Samuel Mast, newly elected president announced the new committees for the next two years.
