Taylor Packing, Wyalusing, purchased the Reserve Grand Champion steer for $.95 per pound or a total of $1,068.75. The 1,125 pound steer was raised by Shane Fuller, Damascus. The Reserve Grand Champion pig, raised by Nathan Cries, Milanville, was pur chased by Thomas Thiede, Forest City, for $2.25 per pound. One hundred thirty-nine 4-H animals sold for a total of $45,809.00 which is $1,030 above last year’s total sale receipts. Total live weight produced and sold was 43,147 pounds.
