A horse hide hobby horse brought $2OO, an oak washstand in green paint $220, a Victorian armoire $3lO, several pontoon boats topping at $3BO, a Portland single seat cutler sleigh, pony size $825, a Beach Phaeton carriage in need of restoration $2175. The lop carriage in the sale was a Studebaker Rockaway for $2600. Six antique cars were sold including a 1929 Model A 2 door sedan for $3BOO and a 1935 DeSoto coupe with a rumble seal for $4050. About 1000 people from six states attended this unusual auction. The proceeds of the sale were more than triple the agency’s pre-sale estimates.
