Northeast Chicken Parts Thursday, June 11,1987 Comment: Trading activity has lessened as the call for most items was no better than fair. Cutlets were adequate to fully adequate and still a little show clearing at current price levels. The bulk of line-run breasts sales were at 80 cents but a few sales were noted at 77 to 78 cents late this morning. Rib breasts were fully adequate and becoming easier to buy at today's values. Legs and leg quarters were increasingly available and even current prices were hard to maintain and in a few quarters. Wings were irregular as some sellers were in a tight supply position, while others had product and were hard pressed to move it. Breasts, skinned, boneless 1.80- 1.85. Rib-on-breasts .83-. BS.
