Northeast Chicken Parts Thursday, June 4,1987 Comment: Cutlets were still clearing fairly well, but buyers found no problem in acquiring any additional product at 1.90. Line-run breasts were generally adequate with both buyers and sellers satisfied at current levels. Rib breasts were at least adequate and many found higher asking prices hard to maintain. Legs were adequate to fully adequate and have moved into a slightly better balance overall. Leg quarters remained in heavy supply today, but the demand has shown some improvement. Wings were adequate in total for a fair call. Giblets were still slow in clearing. Breasts, skinned, boneless 1.90 Rib-on-breasts .S5-.86. Line run breasts .80. Legs .37-. SB. Leg quarters .24-.25.
