Correspondent GLENMOORE - The location of Chester County’s long-awaited 4-H Center will be decided within the next month, County livestock Agent Cheryl Fairbaim announced last Saturday evening. The oc casion was the annual 4-H Livestock Leaders Council livestock Awards and Buyers Appreciation Banquet at Devereux Soleil Farms, Glenmoore. Fairbaim told 4-H Sheep, Swine and Beef Club members and guests that a second steer raffle to benefit the center is about to begin. Last year’s raffle netted $5,600. 4-Hers received awards, thanked sponsors and buyers, and reviewed the past year’s successes at the banquet. They presented Fair bairn with a large floral arrangement to show their ap preciation for her guidance.
