The event was the annual Lancaster County 4-H Dairy Banquet held here at the Harvest Drive Restaurant. Janice Garber and Angie Spickler equaled each other in points for the top 4-H Dairy Project Award. Dana Clark earned third place and Daniel Bard won fourth place. Also recognized for out standing achievement in this category was George Bard, Eugene Hess, Sandra Kauffman, Tina Bollinger and Danean Charles. The 4-H Dairy Project Award is based on the 4-H dairy record book scores. Coach Kim Stroud announced that the team will compete in the national contest Nov. 8 to 9 in Louisville.
