Walton Family Claims Premier Banners At Bucks Co.
WRIGHTSTOWN - One dairy
farm family and one cow family
reaped the majority of the

The family affair continued with
the owners of the animals.
David Walton is the son-in-law of
Harry Thompson and the owner of
Tower-Vue Holsteins, winners of
the premier breeder and premier
exhibitor banners.
He describes winning both
premier banners as “quite an
honor.’’ It came as a surprise to
him since his family only showed
nine head. “We were fortunate to
have enough firsts in the senior
division,’’ he noted in explaining
the strength of his show string.
Eight of the nine Tower-Vue
Holsteins shown came in first or
second. Six of these animals
showed in the cow classes. He
attributes the success to his
family, notably his son, Craig, and
daughter, Elizabeth, who cared for
the show string before and during
the show.
Walton also won the reserve
grand championship with his 4-
year-old cow, Tower-Vue Jerry
Cabaret-Twin. A Straight Pine
Elevation Pete daughter, she
classified VG-87.
