A number of urban folks had an opportunity to see how things are done down on the farm. Richard Mains, president of the Cumberland County Farmers Association is shown presenting an appreciation award to Mr. and Mrs. Donald Oeckman of Mountain View Nursery for hosting the 1986 Farm-City activities.
