Milk priced at $12.60 in Order 4

ministrator Joseph D. Shine an
nounced a February 1986 base milk
price of $12.60 per hundredweight
and an excess milk price of $10.98.
The weighted average February
price was $12.45 and the butterfat
differential for the month is 16.0
cents.
The base milk price was down
seven cents from January and was
$1.24 lower than last February.
The weighted average price was
down eight cents from January
and was $1.32 lower than a year
earlier. The gross value of
February producer milk was $62.0
million, compared to $64.1 million
a year ago.
Mr. Shine said that producer
receipts totaled 499.2 million
pounds during February, an in
crease of 32.6 million pounds from
