The youth portion of the banquet concluded with a report from each junior member on last year’s BY BARBARA RADER Staff Correspondent MERIDIAN The brother and sister team of Gary and Julie Wible were honored as outstanding boy and girl, at the annual meeting of the Butler County Holstein Club held recently at the Meredian U P Church, Meredian, PA. Gary, 15, and Julie, 13, are the children of Curt and Colleen Wible, Butler. They were selected for these awards based on their junior Holstein project work. Gary is a member of the Penn sylvania Junior Holstein Association and has been active for the past seven year in the Butler County 4-H Dairy Club. Gary currently owns 11 Holsteins while his sister Julie owns seven. Julie is also a junior member of the Pennsylvania Holstein Association and a 4-H member in both the Butler County Dairy Club and the Lucky Clovers Sewing Club. Gary and Julie were further honored during the banquet receiving milk production awards.
