Market Administrator Thomas A. Wilson also stated that the price was $12.30 in November 1985 and $13.38 in December 1984. The uniform price is a marketwide weighted average of the value of farm milk used for fluid and manufactured dairy products. The seasonal incentive plan does not affect the uniform price for the month of December. A total of 16,390 dairy farmers supplied the New York-New Jersey Milk Marketing Area with 972,856,248 pounds of milk during December 1985. This was an in crease of 6.1 percent (about 56 million pounds) from last year. The gross value to dairy farmers for milk deliveries was $120,758,103.96.
