He is a student at Clearfield Area High School and has been a member of the Clearfield FFA for four years. He has participated in four years of floriculture, home improvement and orchard projects as well as two years of vegetable gardening. Steve served as the 1984415 chapter vice-president and was a delegate to the state convention. He par ticipated in the dairy foods contest for four years and in the interview and horticulture contests. He went to the state convention in the in terview category. Steve participates in track and field, the CMA youth participation and works at the Clearfield County Market. He counts magazine, stamp and match book collecting as his hobbies. He plans to attend the Dußois Campus of the Penn sylvania State University where he will major in agri-business. Crawford County Lori Provost Lori Provost, daughter of Charles and Sandra Provost, 591 Penn St., Linesville, is a student at Linesville Conneaut Summit High School and has participated in the Linesville FFA for four years. She participated in SOE home gardening, and served as a member of citrus, cider and party committees and as chairman of the savings and investment com mittee. In addition, she served for two years as vice-president of the local chapter, was sentinel and treasurer of the county FFA, and holds the greenhand and chapter degrees. Lori earned an award in extemporaneous speaking. Lori’s extracurricular activities include drama club, newspaper staff and youth group. Cumberland County Todd W. Crain Todd W. Crain, son of William and Betty Crain, 1137 S. Spring Garden St., Carlisle, attends Boiling Springs High School and has been a FFA member for four years. He participated in building a foot bridge across a stream at a local park which was later entered in the BOAC contest. In addition, he helps his group sell citrus to finance a trip. During 1984-85, he served as his chapter’s vice president and was elected 1985-86 president. In addition, he was awarded first place for his project book and won the area degree farmer award. Todd plans to continues farming with his father and hopes even tually to have a farm of his own. His hobbies include snowmobiling and biking. Dauphin County Lydee Cassel Daughter of Cleon Cassel, 55 Shetland Drive, Hummelstown, Lydee is a student at Lower Dauphin High School and has been a member of the Lower Dauphin FFA for four years. Lydee’s FFA project is breeding and training thoroughbred horses. She is a recreation member and a community services member.
