D32-Lancaster Farming Saturday, October 12,'1985 Sale Reports A Public Sale of a 98 acre hog and beet farm was held October 3 by Donald L. and Geraldine M. Hershey, R.D.6, Manheim along Old Line Rd., Lane. Co., Pa. The sale was attended by 250 people and the farm was sold to Amos L. Esh, Memorial Road, Lititz, Pa. It brought $210,700 or $2150 per acre. It featured a 40 foot by 80 foot frame bank barn with 40 foot feeding lot. There were 4 silos, a 500 head Nebraska hog finishing unit and a 2% story asbestos-sided house. J.
