Judging schools scheduled for dairy youth Sign up judging conference STATE COLLEGE - The Pennsylvania Junior Holstein Association will sponsor three judging schools this summer. The schools are open to all youth, regardless of breed orientation, who are interested in learning more about the basics of evaluating dairy cattle. School officials this year will be Dr. William Etgin and Dr. Michael Bames from UPI and Dale Olver from Atlantic Breeders. The three schools are: Eastern - July 8-9 in Berks County; Central - July 10-11 in Centre County; and Western - July 12-13 in West moreland County. Each school will run from 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon.
