ALEXANDIRA, Va. - Middle Atlantic Order Market Ad ministrator Joseph D. Shine has announced a February 1985 base milk price of $13.84 per hun dredweight and an excess milk price of $12.15. The weighted average February price was $13.77 and the butterfat differential for the month is 16.2 cents. The base milk price dropped 28 cents from January but was 33 cents higher than last February. The weighted average price was also down 28 cents from January tind was 28 cents higher than a year earlier.
