Lancaster Society 3 Lancaster Society 3 held their January meeting at the Zion U.C.C. church, Lincoln, on Saturday, Jan. 19. State Senator Noah Wenger, who represents the 36th Senatorial District of Pennsylvania, was the afternoon speaker. His district, which includes parts of Lancaster and Chester Counties, is one of the fastest growing districts the stale. Wenger is chairman ot tht Labor and Industry Committee. Everett Kreider, presided when the Charter was draped in memory of Mrs. Ila Jackson. Clifford Holloway Jr. reported on the three-day Christmas tour of the Williamsburg, Va. area and announced the Pomona Grange meeting and covered dish dinner to be held at Shady Maple on Jan. 18. The dinner and program com mittees for the Feb. 2 dinner theater gave a report. Secretary Doris Brown announced that National Grange will meet in Oregon in November. Carl Reynolds, chief instructor for Jill Hassler’s program for the handicapped, and her assistant Rob Keller told how they use horses to provide fun for the participants. At the same time, the young people improve their muscles and self-confidence. The next meeting will be on Jan. 28 and will be a hobby and game night. Grangers are asked to bring their hobby and to tell about it. Feb. 11 will be Youth Night. on Jan. 29 to Feb. 2. Two members attended the State Convention.
