Sixteen years later, a second building was acquired in Strasburg, and Landis Bros, was then operating from two stores until 1955. When brother Ben passed away in 1941, Elmer stayed on and manned the operation. In 1953 he moved the Northern Market location to the present locale on Western Pa.
