LANCASTER Four girls will compete for the Lancaster County Poultry Queen title at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, August 3 at the Farm and Home Center. Vying for the title are: • Margaret Herr, the daughter of Robert D. and Betty W. Herr of R 2 NarvOT. Margaret will be a senior at Garden Spot High School, where she has been active in track and on the honor roll. Margaret has also been very active in FFA. She is currently county FFA president and chapter treasurer. She has also been in volved in livestock and poultry judging, and has placed third in the state in public speaking. Following graduation from high school, she plans to attend Penn State University to major in agriculture. In her free time, Margaret likes to read and work with her livestock. Margaret has raised poultry on their farm and her mother works for Victor F. Weaver, Inc. • Tracy Lynne Prinz, the daughter of Charles and Donna Prinz, 255 Boomerang Drive. Tracy will be entering her senior year in high school this fall. During high school she has been sophomore class secretary, president of the student council, and has written for the school newspaper She was also on the field hockey team and the honor roll. She is considering attending college, and is looking at Goshen or Temple University. In her spare time, she teaches dance, and en joys listening to classical music and writing poems.
