York Office cites appointments
YORK Duane G. Rosier and
Edward N. Heindel have been
named to the positions of Associate
Manager - Operations for the York
Farm Credit Service as announced
by Jay V. Rush, General Manager.
Rosier, a native of Carroll
County, Oh., was employed by the
Warrenton Farm Credit
Association as Loan Officer, and
was subsequently employed by the
Farm Credit Ranks of Raltimore,
where he served as Senior Credit
Analyst. In 1982, Rosier was named
Rranch Manager of the York
Rranch Office for the York Farm
Credit Service and has held that
position to the present. Prior to his

Heindel is a native of York

the York Farm Credit Service as a
