Heindel have been named to the positions of Associate Manager - Operations for the York Farm Credit Service as announced by Jay V. Rush, General Manager. Rosier, a native of Carroll County, Oh., was employed by the Warrenton Farm Credit Association as Loan Officer, and was subsequently employed by the Farm Credit Ranks of Raltimore, where he served as Senior Credit Analyst. In 1982, Rosier was named Rranch Manager of the York Rranch Office for the York Farm Credit Service and has held that position to the present. Heindel is a native of York County, Pa., and was employed by the York Farm Credit Service as a loan officer and has also served as Senior Credit Analyst, and most recently as Associate Manager- Credit. Prior to his employment with the York Farm Credit Service he attended The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Ag Engineering.
