FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. - Darwin G. Braund, a 1956 graduate of Penn State’s College of Agriculture, has been nominated for the Penn State Alumni Council. Braund, the director of Dairy and Livestock Research and Development with Agway Inc, Syracuse, N.Y., graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in dairy science. He ob tained his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1961 and his Ph.D. from Michigan State University in 1968. While at Penn State, Braund was president of Delta Theta Sigma fraternity and was a member of Alpha Zeta fraternity.
