Luttringer. The committee will continue to accept applications for an additional 17 places in the exchange to be held August 7 through 21. Anyone wishing to be considered should contact Kenneth Notturno, deputy exchange director, at 397- 0686. Luttringer also announced the final plans for the second week option of a trip to Scotland.
