Lancaster to hold conservation tillage meeting LANCASTER Lancaster County will hold its 3rd Annual Conservation Tillage Meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 28, from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road. The emphasis this year will be on successful no-till corn planting, even on farms on which con siderable manure is applied. Four farmer panel members who collectively plant over 2500 acres of no-till com each year will discuss how they produce equal or better yields on their no-till acreage as compared to con ventionally planted fields.
