Stamer, of the Bermudian FFA Chapter at Bermudian Springs High School, is the son of Melvin E. and Sarah L. Starner, 1255 Groupe Mill Road, New Oxford. His projects in the chapter have included the finishing of 15 head of swine and four dairy cows. He has participated in dairy work ex perience for three years. His committee posts have ranged from dues and Fall Harvest to the summer picnic and scholarship. His chapter offices include both treasurer and parliamentarian. In 1981 he placed second in livestock judging at the chapter level. This past year he was third in chapter tractor driving and received a state bronze medal in livestock judging. The 17-year-old FFA’er plans to AND HAY RACKS continue to work on the family farm, including his dairy cows. He hopes to work toward a part nership. Hunting and riding cycle are his hobbies. New Oxford Ronald E. Jarvis has held the offices of chaplain and reporter in the Conewago-New Oxford FFA Chapter at New Oxford Senior High School. The son of Ezra and Mary Jarvis, he has conducted projects in swine finishing and work ex perience. His committee assign ments have included community service, recreation, executive and fund raising. He was a member of the county’s second place parliamentary procedure team for two years and had a gold medal project book this past year. He has placed well in a number of county contests and has received various foundation medals. He is the South Central Regional Star Agribusinessman. He has participated in high school football, basketball and track, on chapter sports teams and in intramurals. While hunting and sports are his main hobbies, he hopes to work toward his own swine operation. The primary project of Brian J. Ness in the Conewago-New Oxford Chapter has been working on the Khng-Ayr Dairy Farm of Charles Klinger.
