WILLIAM RHINE William M Rhine Jr is the fust vice president of the Solanco FFA Chapter and has previously held the office of treasurer His projects range from finishing swine and steers to dairy and corn. He has been a member of the dairy judging team, trapshooting team, parliamentary procedure team, banquet and pumpkin contest committees. He has won a silver award in state dairy judging competition. Among his hobbies are hunting, showing dairy and beef, volleyball and modified softball league.
