Snyder, right, coordinator of Cooperative Extension Service family living programs in Montour, Nor thumberland, Snyder, and Union counties, was recipient of the New Worker Achievement Award presented by the Pennsylvania chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi, national honorary extension fraternity. Presenting a plaque at the chapter's annual meeting in State College Nov. 16 is Nancy L. Hogg, Franklin County Extension home economist and awards chairperson. The award is presented to a staff member with two or less years of service and who has developed out standing educational programs. Mrs. Snyder was cited for her work in the areas of family life and health education. She has been a member of the Penn State staff since January 1982.
