Gerald is the son of Ken and Thelma Garber and has been in 4- H for 10 years. Shem Zollers, Mertztown, Berks County, was elected as the Secretary/Treasurer. Shem was selected as the Outstanding Girl by the Pennsylvania Junior Guernsey Breeders Association in 1963 and was also a junior award winner. New directors are: Southwest District - Ken Corle, Northeast District - Stephanie Holdren, Central District - Francme Martz, and the Mon-Valley District - Jason Ivcic. The Brown Swiss Junior Breeders were pleased with the large turnout of youth to their meeting.
