George Hubbard, Luzerne County Executive Director of Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation, will be guest speaker. His topic “Do You Need a National Farm Program?” He is a 1869 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Dairy Production. His tour of duty with the aimed forces covered a period of three years with the Navy aboard the Destroyer U.S.S. Kennedy in Saigon, South Viet nam. For four years he was parts and service representative for John Deere, New Holland machine dealer at Montrose. For the past ten years, he served in his directorship capacity for Luzerne County ASC Committee, a post which won for him many commendations.
