Freshman citrus sales awards went to Mike Mills, first; and Drew Herr, second. Among up perclassmen, Don Welk was first and Jay Garber was second. Retiring officer awards were presented by Dick Yencer, chapter advisor, to Darrel Mills, president; Donna Frey, vice president; and Tim Rineer, student advisor. Donna Rohrer was crowned as the new Chapter Sweetheart. West Lampeter Fair judging awards went to Mark Heiser and Karen Shertzer, dairy; and Darrel Mills, livestock. An Honorary Chapter Award was presented to Joe Koehler, metal shop instructor and coach for the chapter’s basketball team. Speaking at the banquet was Mike Pflieger, County FFA Reporter, who has served for the past year as the youth represen tative on the Lancaster County Agricultural Preserve Board. Featured speaker at the banquet was Mike Pfautz, of the neigh boring Cloister Chapter, Ephrata, who is State Eastern Region Vice President. Honored as Honorary Chapter Farmers were Mr. and Mrs. Earl Witmer, parents of Chapter President Carolyn Witmer, and Wilbur Horning, of the Blue Ball National Bank. Certificates of appreciation went to Robert Garland, of Hubbard Farms, Inc.; Rick Sauder, of the Intelligencer Journal; Albert Weber, student teacher; Mrs. Betty Herr, Consumer Services Supervisor, Victor F.
