    Farm Credit elects at Kulpsville
KULPSVILLE - The 48th An
nual Meeting of the Southeast
Production Credit Association and
the Southeast Federal Land Bank
Association was called to order by
Land Bank President Earl Stover
on Tuesday night at the
Christopher Dock Mennonite High
School in Kulpsville, Montgomery
County.
Over 400 voting stockholders
from the five-county metropolitan
area elected directors to both
organizations and also selected the
1984 Nominating Committee.
Tuesday’s meeting was the second
of two such gatherings. The first
being held at the Oxford Fire Hall,
Oxford, Pa. for the convenience of

Re-elected to a three year term
as Director of the. Southeast
Production Credit Association was
Charles E. Frederick of RD New
Hope, Bucks County. He owns and
operates a dairy and crop farm in
Buckingham Township. Frederick
is a member of the Bucks County
Farmers Association; the In
terstate Milk Producers and was
an FLBA director for two years.
With his brother and nephew be
owns 87 acres and rents 270 acres
for their dairy, grain and crop
operation. They also fatten 100
hogs a year. He is a member of
Agway and is currently serving on

Elected to three-year terms as
directors of the Southeast Federal
Land Bank Association were H.
Ralston Brown, 103 Mount Olivet
Rd., Oxford; and Jefferson Yoder,
RDI Elverson, Chester County.
Brown is currently a director for
the Southeast PCA and the FLEA.
His term as PCA director will run
until 1906. He owns 385 acres and
rents an additional 150 for the
dairy partnership he operates with
his son in East Nottingham
Township. He is a member of the
Pennsylvania Farmers’
Association and serves on the
ASCS Committee.
