Farm Credit elects at Kulpsville KULPSVILLE - The 48th An nual Meeting of the Southeast Production Credit Association and the Southeast Federal Land Bank Association was called to order by Land Bank President Earl Stover on Tuesday night at the Christopher Dock Mennonite High School in Kulpsville, Montgomery County. Over 400 voting stockholders from the five-county metropolitan area elected directors to both organizations and also selected the 1984 Nominating Committee.
