Mix together the eggs and milk and stir lightly into the potato-flour mixture. Add corn syrup and nutmeg and beat well. Bake on a greased griddle until cakes are brown on both sides. Makes 12. OVENPANCAKES 3 T. butter 3 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1/41. salt 1/2 c. milk powdered sugar maple syrup Heat oven to 450 degrees. Put butter in skillet and melt over low heat. Beat eggs well, add flour and salt. Beat until very smooth. Stir in milk and melted butter with spoon. Pour batter into skillet used to melt butter. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake additional 5 to 10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over finished pancake. Serve with syrup. Third St., Harrisburg. About 100 crafts, representing top winners in county divisions of the Grange, will be judged at state finals during the Grange con vention, according to Jeanette Tewksbury, state women’s ac tivities director for the Grange, State winners vail be chosen in six categories: kivitting and crocheting, embroidered crafts, stuffed toys, macrame, rug braiding, and baking.
