Discussion continues over Clean and HARRISBURG In an ongoing effort to settle the disagreement between the Bradford/Sullivan counties’ landowners and the County Board of Assessment who felt they applied the Clean and Green Law (Act 319) fairly in raising land use values, PDA Research Analyst Fred Wertz, met with several legislators and U.S. - Egypt sign wheat, WASHINGTON, D.C, - Representatives of the United States and Egypt signed papers last Friday amending the Public Law 480 agreement of Dec. 21,1981.
