Megan Connor, 16, will be an International 4-H Youth Exchange (IFYE), departing on June 14. Megan will live with families in Trinidad and Tobago, learning customs and lifestyles of the Cambean Islands. “In talking to people, I want to discover their food habits, nutritional needs, likes and dislikes of food,” says Megan. Because she is interested in a career in dietetics, Megan plans to prepare American foods for her host families.
